The title of the work is a kind of joke referring to the situation when we are asked to leave the place in which we have found ourselves by accident and where we are not having too much fun, anyway.

Being a supplement to the painting part of the degree piece, the video Cocooner focuses on the phenomenon of voluntary partial or complete breakup of contacts with the “outside” world. Cocooning is a term devoid of negative connotations. It serves to regain the sense of safety and stabilisation by closing up in an influence-free zone – a space that we can limit to a fully separated and personalised form, such as space in the personal device by means of which we fulfil most of our obligations towards the world.
