The topic of the design results from fascination with the diversity and richness of ethnographic values of Poland. The primary idea was to give folklore a new attractive language and to promote Polish ethnography in translation into a modern language. The exhibition tells about folk patterns and ornaments as a form of a commonly recognisable personal initial. The main concept behind the design was not only to promote regional values, but also to combine commonly known groups with vanishing groups at one exhibition. CUDAWIANKI expresses the will to explore and seek new means of expression for what seems to be unattractive to many people.

The minor degree is a response to the attempt to add a modern character to a graphic cornflower pattern – a motif of Kashubian embroidery. Created as a result of this, four ceramic forms provide a new look at the described handicraft motif through the magnification of components of the ornament and varied configuration.
