Born 1998. Studies: interior design at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (bachelor’s degree, 2018–2022), Faculty of Interior Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (master’s degree, 2022–2024). She works in the design of private and commercial interiors. Participant of group exhibitions: Student Poster Confrontations, Mościce Art Centre, Tarnów (2020); Fragments, Faculty of Interior Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2023); Common Parts, Hermitage, Royal Łazienki Museum, Warsaw (2023). Prizes of magazines: Elle Man (2019) and A&B (2024). Award in the Type Unite poster competition, Universitas Pelita Harapan, Tangerang (Indonesia, 2019). She works at estimental company.
Stimulation of the senses is an essential part of our development. The overstimulated world dominated by vision takes over our reflection, inducing us to design objects that are, above all, visually aesthetic. CUDDLE is an attempt to establish the sense of touch as the starting point for designing a piece of furniture. The motif of hugging is a response to sensory overstimulation and chronic stress, as well as the need for closeness that exists in every human being. An addition to the design is a weighted cushion, the pressure of which allows the muscles to relax.

The degree piece is supplemented with the minor CATCH. It presents a cactus helmet—my interpretation of touch as a very sensitive sense. A sense that can be overloaded, which triggers a defensive reaction. Its function is to provide tranquillity that should enhance the haptic qualities of the armchair.
