Born in 1999. Studies: Faculty of Media Art of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2018–2023). Rector’s award for her bachelor’s project (2021) and master’s project (2023). Fields of artistic activity: video art and photography. Participation in collective exhibitions: “Territories”, Spokojna Gallery, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2021); “3/5”, Czapski Palace, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (Night of Museums 2022). Winner of the 1st place in the most interesting video project competition organised by the Institute of Media Art, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2021).
In my degree piece called “De/reconstruction”, I explore the subject of experiencing trauma. I do not focus on the mere destructive aspect, but the work one needs to do following a traumatic experience, or the reconstruction. It is a time when we create new quality. It is a tedious, time-consuming, and painful process. The creation of the object was also accompanied by such feelings due to the selected material, which is why I decided to emphasise it in the audio layer.

The minor degree project titled “Re/construction” verges on reality and unreality. It is a kind of inner dialogue. Once in a safe space, in my case a bathtub, I engage in a dialogue with a psychologist about my childhood experiences, whose consequences are with me in my adult life. The balls filling the bathtub are something I could not get as a child. As an adult, I get to decide when to use them.
